The hotel has immense potential once they rennovate. The lobby looks very nice. The bar has nice decor and amazing views of the Mississippi River, but it isn't open. The meeting rooms are more than adequate for the area. The pool needs lots of work. The pool bar is added value once the pool is operational.

I want to give an honest opinion. I read several reviews regarding the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms before I arrived. I expected what the pictures showed, however, I think I have a more positive review. I checked the bedsheets and bedspread, both are clean. I checked the countertops, and all had been wiped down. The only problems we ran into was 2 lightbulbs being out, one in the bathroom and one as soon as you walk in the room. The microwave is older but it seemed fine. The bathroom was wiped, HOWEVER, the toilet seat was not. The shower is just older with some hard water stains on the faucet. The floor of the shower is peeling, like pieces of a shower mat. That was my only genuine concern, but otherwise it seemed clean. I can’t say it’s the best, and maybe it is just the room I

Do not stay here! Positives: beds are very comfortable, rooms are spacious, the view from room #2 was beautiful (read description for info), friendly staff, lobby was clean and beautiful. Negatives: rooms are VERY outdated, stains everywhere from the carpet to the walls, didn't seem very clean, 2-3 broken lights, shower head was broken and when I turned on the water, water went everywhere, found a used, dirty wash cloth on top of our shower curtain/rod, and there was either dirt or human residue in the toilet, and the lock on the door was broken and did not work. I booked a 2 queen accessible room for my mother and I. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very nice and friendly staff member. We were told that the room was "broken" and has been having "issues recently" so we had to move

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! First off the landscape is not kept up. The flooring isn't clean. They never cleaned the lobby or our room the whole time I was there. Rust on the lamps. Bugs in the windows. Everything was just dirty. The pool and hot tub are home to frog's and other bugs. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. The owner and employees are just lazy. My kids can clean better than them.
