Hampton Inn & Suites Natchez

We last stayed at this hotel in March 2020, right at the beginning of Covid, on our way home from TX to AL. At that time, we were just happy that somewhere was open so we wouldn't have to keep driving. We stayed again yesterday on another trip to AL from TX. First off, the front desk worker told my husband, a Silver Hilton Member, that Silver Members are "only allowed 1 bottle of water". We've always gotten 2 bottles of water. I looked it up on the Hilton website and it said 2 bottles of water (at select hotels), but this lady said specifically that Silver members were ONLY allowed 1 bottle of water. Nice hotel, we had suite room which was pretty big. Beds were good and breakfast was sufficient.

Brilliant. Great hotel. Free parking. Absolutely fantastic staff. I loved it here. I would highly recommend and it was a great breakfast. The best. Comfy beds. Fantastic pillows. The best night sleep and honestly I only have high praise for this hotel and it’s wonderful staff. We stayed in a studio kingsize. Huge room.

We had a great stay at The Hampton Inn in Natchez over Thanksgiving! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious! The staff was amazing! Friendly, helpful, professional, and always available! We will definitely stay here again!

Beware of this Hotel as it has really bad water pressure and can barley take a shower or use the sink. I was told it was an issue that the water pipes down the road has caused it but after talking with other people it appears its not just telling me what I want to hear so I don't complain. I cant really say the rooms are bad but one thing can ruin it for the whole stay. All I ask for when I travel which is 200+ nights in Hilton Hotels is a good shower, hvac to work, the bed and pillows to be somewhat new or good to sleep on and not necessary but TV. That's not to much to ask for when pricing is high anyway sometimes over 200.00 for a mediocre room.. I hope the water situation gets resolved.
