Hotel Vue

A terrible hotel. The rooms are dirty, and the furniture is in awful condition. We stayed for two nights, and our room was not cleaned even once, nor were the towels changed. There is no breakfast. Only frozen fast food that tastes like plastic and is simply impossible to eat. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Well priced, excellent location, bit worn out Pros The location was just what I needed, closed to Mountain View downtown and tech campuses. The check in was very quick and prepared. The staff was nice, very quick to response. The bed was comfortably firm. Very good. The room was reasonably quite. Cons The hotel is bit worn out. Furniture, everything was wear signs. It was clean and well, but maybe the wear, but it didn't feel like clean. The street noice from cars came in and I could hear upstairs room foot steps clearly.

Gross! |I would wholeheartedly NOT recommend this hotel. The first room we were in was a double queen. It smelled like pee so we turned on the ac unit to try and move the air around and air it out and it made a terrible grinding noise. None of the charging outlets on the bedside tables worked…they were all loose and coming out of the sockets. There was literally a cutout of the blackout curtains making it impossible to darken the room. We asked to switch rooms but they had no more double rooms left. They gave us 2 single queens rooms and had to be charged for an additional room. Of course, it was a Saturday night and there was no manager available to talk to. |The rooms are dirty and run down. Positive: Hotel Manager was very professional and I felt very respected by him as a guest. Breakfast was ok, w/ croissants, bagels, yogurt, and frozen breakfast sandwiches that could be heated in the microwave. Bed was comfortable. Negative: My car trunk was opened by someone the morning I checked out (so there was nothing stolen at that time), and I did alert the manager about that. There are surveillance cameras facing the parking lot, so that is helpful in investigations.

I found rat poop! The door had a big space, I was able to see outside. The carpets were ripped in the corners. This place had wonderful reviews. It was too good to be true. Do not stay here.
