Hotel VIA

I'm in San Francisco every couple of weeks, and this hotel had been on my list for a while, so I was excited to visit. Overall, the experience was very underwhelming. Check-in was functional but certainly not warm, and that theme transcended the entire hotel.||Definitely in an attempt to be moody and stark with the design aesthetic, but frankly it's just dated and there's something strange about sitting in a hotel room with your blinds closed (because it looks immediately into a brick wall?, and there is not a single thing on any of the walls... just white walls. The desk was tiny, making a long night of work even more of a grind. ||To be fair, the bed was okay, although a bit soft, and the pillows were lumpy. I just wanted to say THANK YOU to CARLTON at the front desk for the wonderful and warm customer service. This was the 4th time I had worked with him and just like the first time he was simply AMAZING!!! Thanks for making our stay at Parc 55 perfect. My family and I will definitely be back. Positive: The location. It was perfect Negative: Got put in the wrong room at check in. Room face the alley and between 3-5 we heard nothing but trash trucks picking up trash or people dumping trash. Move to the room we were supposed to have gotten, same issue the next day. Awoken at 3:30.

This was a great hotel for our short stay. They directed us right in from the street to their valet & check-in. It was an easy check in & check out process, even with a 3rd party making the reservation. Very organized & plenty of staff. Room was awesome with great views. We didn't get a chance to experience the roof top bar since it was a short business trip but we heard how great it is. We'll be coming back for sure & will makesure we checkout that awesome rooftop bar.

Everything was great, room was clean. Friendly service- Spa -steam sauna room wasn’t working No breakfast either Big breakfast room looks shutdown and the small food area by the pool was empty. My guy was happy with the gym. Pool was a little too cold for me.
