Hotel Indigo Rochester – Mayo Clinic Area by IHG

Great location, clean facilities, and very convenient.|The hotel is very close to the Mayo Clinic, which made my stay extremely practical. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was very good.||The first room I was assigned was quite small and dark; however, after requesting a change, the staff promptly accommodated me. The new room was spacious, very clean, and much more comfortable. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for those visiting the Mayo Clinic.||Regarding the service, one of the front desk staff members (I arrived Wednesday evening) not very welcoming and kind of difficult; however, her colleague (the receptionist who speaks Spanish) was extremely helpful and professional, which made a very positive d

Absolutely wonderful stay. This hotel is fully connected to the entire Mayo Clinic campus, so we never had to go outside. The room was extremely comfortable with high-quality pillows, comforters, and spa-level shampoo and conditioner. They even provided a full ironing board and iron. Everything felt thoughtful and stress-free. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and well-equipped. We stayed while coming to Mayo Clinic for the first time. This hotel is a couple of blocks walk, but all in a heated skyway. Since it was a little ways away, we found it a little quieter, and that was to our liking. ||We had a great breakfast at Crave, which is located in the hotel lobby.

Positive: Very modern and had a skywalk to the Mayo Clinic. Negative: They should touch up the room floors every day because in the winter there is always snow in Rochester, MN and we dragged all the salt and snow into the room every time we came back and the Laminate was a disaster. Our feet were always dirty.

It's nice, it's clean, it's located within walking distance of many nice restaurants, but the shuttle service is what keeps me coming back with every Mayo appointment. The convenience and the friendly driver gentleman makes transportation to the hospital a non issue and I'm very thankful
