Hotel Hacienda at Ontario Ranch

We stayed in there in 131 on Sunday night. It's right off the freeway and it was great being so close to Kaiser for an early morning surgery. We wanted to soak in the Jacuzzi for awhile and then get to bed. Well the joke was on us. The drain stopper doesn't stop the water from draining. Using the hot water to fill it was a joke. Seems like they have a small water heater to fill that big tub. After realizing what the issue was, we decided just to take a shower. The shower door doesn't close allowing water to soak the floor. The bottom of the door looks like it needs scrubbed with some serious bleach and behind the mop board tile looks like black mold. Three bed was too soft for our liking, but the rest of the room seemed to be clean. Never will go back again. We spent $110 to have a Jacuzz

Great budget friendly hotel. Rooms were spacious. Loved the oversized mini fridge and microwave. Internet was intermittent. Bathtub, shower combo was adequate. Lots of parking. Friendly, accomodating staff.

Hotel and manager were very accommodating. My Dad stayed for treatments 3x a week for 5 weeks. Hotel is quiet and clean. Great area close to Kaiser Permanente, many restaurants around, and Ontario Police Dept. Area is safe, highly recommend.

I just like this place. Clean, friendly staff, peaceful and last minute arrangement no problem. My get away place. Thank you Hotel Hacienda.
