Hotel Fusion

Location is fabulous with easy access to Powell Station and staff were pleasant. But rooms are worn and mine wasn't entirely clean (hairs on floor, smudges on doors and furniture). Everything feels a little worn and dated, from carpet to mini blinds in the bathroom to furniture. The room looked like it was decorated by a college kid moving into their first apt who grabbed some random things from the alley. I was only here to sleep for one night and spent no extra time in my room, I would only recommend this place for a quick and easy transit stop but not for a longer stay.

Our stay at Hotel Fusion was amazing. A huge shoutout to Daniel for being so professional and warm! He provided excellent introductions to San Francisco’s top spots and greeted us with genuine care every single day. It’s rare to see someone with such passion for hospitality. He made us feel right at home. Thank you, Daniel, for the top-notch service!

I was traveling across the states and stayed at this hotel on Saturday night on the second floor room 228 as I remember. The room was not as advertised it was a carpet king room i woke up in the morning with bits on my body from bed bugs i seen 2 on the bed when i woke up. First time in my life to see bed bugs in real life and they stink.😖😖 if your staying at this hotel i would look and smell the room if smells moldy swwt musty smell change the room

The hotel was very close to Union Square so was very conveniently located. The room was comfortable even if it was the smallest one we stayed in during our trip. It was good to have a safe, fridge and coffee maker, the fluffy dressing gowns were unexpected. Room is cleaned on alternate days which was ok as reception staff were able to provide more coffee etc when needed. There was a noisy air conditioning duct outside the window and the ice bucket still had rubbish from the previous occupant. Staff were helpful, e.g. printing out a one page document for us.

Surprised with the rude and impolite behavior of the front desk executive - Ms Jane/ Jan while checking in the second time. The other front desk executives were quite respectful, helpful, polite and courteous. This one experience spoiled my day as well as my stay. Surprised me!For this one experience i am not sure if I would like to stay again with this hotel.
