Get a courtyard view! The quietest best sleep you will get in the city. Rooms were clean. Climate control in room was perfect. Location is close enough to everything you would want downtown without being in the crazy area. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Best hotel in the city at this price point.

I'm a former long time SF resident, and omg this place is a hidden gem! Parking, the heated pool across the street, 24 hour help desk, my room was stunning, morning pastries and coffee. I loved the charm of the entire place. Great price point for a clean, unique place, in a central part of the city. So easy to get around to the places I was going. I want to tell everyone and yet no one to keep it a secret! Totally booking here again!

Location is a bit rough, especially at night, but still a good place overall and close to public transit. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, not too noisy when ac is on, and the breakfast is pretty good!

Unfortunately, they have a policy where SF residents are charged a higher security deposit. The front desk clerk made a big deal out of making a note that despite my having a 415 number I don't live in San Francisco, as if anyone's area code represents where they currently live. I used to like this hotel but the increasing prices means it's no longer worth the annoyance.

Very friendly and efficient front desk staff, and a spacious and clean room. You can tell they take pride in their work here and want their guests to have a comfortable stay. Also their coffee and pastries were high quality for the morning breakfast. Highly recommend for an affordable hotel in SF.
