Hotel El Paso

What a dump! This hotel is under renovation and should not be open in its present state. We stayed there one night- 12-12-2025 and paid nearly $100 for the worst room. Stained and burned carpet, stained and filthy chairs and couch. The bed frame was broken. The hallway was filthy and to top it off an adjacent room had the door kicked in so it was half off the hinges. What really frosted me is we booked it through IHG and of course I assumed that they had fairly high standards. I will never assume that again.

Positive: Rooms were clean and a good location. Negative: Hotel was under construction. No pool, no breakfast, door were unlocked so no security, door to check in did not work! I thought I was paying for these amenities. Should have been told about construction!

Extremely dirty, carpet left black sute all over my baby's hands and knees. Everything feels filthy in that hotel. Should not be open until they finish renovations. Do not waste your money there.

Convenient location. Spacious room. The only complaint is about their late check out policy and communication. When I checked in I asked for a late check out and the employee said I could have till 1pm, which I thought was generous. The next morning there was banging on my door at 11:25 and someone telling me I had to check out. I told them the person who checked me in told me I had till 1pm. He said no and their policy was that late check out was 11:30. Although it was close, it wasn't even 11:30 yet, so why was he banging on my door and demanding I check out? I could imagine if it were after 11:30, but he was rude about it and there was no apology for the miscommunication between the two of them. The staff all need to be aware of the check out policy. They should also be courte

They say there's a free breakfast but there's no free breakfast even though they have a breakfast Room where they should be cooking. They say they have a pool they say it's running but it's closed they're too lazy to clean their room pool Apparently the pool has been closed for 2 years but yet they advertise it. There are human feces in a grocery bag just outside the door of entering the side of the hotel. Is anybody has access too. Next to the snack machine on the floor there's full of rust and dirt that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. There's caution Kate going up some stairs we have no clue why. The donuts they serve have yellow stains on the back of the paper that is sealed. One of the worst hotels I have ever been to the rooms on the 3rd floor are just filled with trash
