Caza Hotel is ideally located in the heart of San Francisco’s famous Fisherman’s Wharf, within easy walking distance of many of the city’s major attractions. Public transport options are excellent, with trams, cable cars, buses, and ferry services (including trips across the bay and to Alcatraz Island) all close by. The surrounding area is packed with quality cafés, restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city.||The hotel is particularly well suited to families. There’s a great games room for kids, featuring shuffleboard, two billiard tables, and a pool, which kept everyone entertained. There are also plenty of vending machines and a snack station for late-night cravings. In addition, the hotel has a well-equipped gym, which was a great bon

Very cute and spacious hotel in a fabulous location. Our room was spacious and super clean. The lobby is very big and welcoming and the staff was very nice. I highly recommend renting e-bikes and riding to Golden Gate Bridge . They have a good rate for guests.

My family (2 parents, 2 teens) stayed here for a three day long visit to SF. We just wanted to soak up the ambience of the city, and this was the perfect location. The icing on the cake was the fabulous games available to use in the hotel. There were two pooltables, a foosball table, a cornhole set, oversized connect four games, and lots of board games. Plus there was a nice open space with tables to enjoy a card or board game. This turned into the highlight of our stay. We didn’t interact directly with staff much, but housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping the room clean and stocked. I would absolutely stay here again.

My wife and I decided to celebrate our 1 year anniversary in San Francisco. We wanted to stay in a walkable area close to major attractions and public transit. The Hotel Caza checks all of those boxes! The hotel felt very welcoming right off the bat. The staff was so nice and accommodating, the lobby is decorated nicely, and the arcade games and billiards table is a nice touch. The Hotel Caza was the best home base we could've asked for. Our king bed was very comfortable and after a long day of walking and sightseeing, it was so nice to come back to a clean room with a made bed. Shout out to the cleaning staff! I will say I would have loved a fridge and microwave in our room at no extra charge. San Francisco has so much delicious foods and drinks so would have been nice to have somewhere t

The hotel itself is highly recommended. It has a great location, very nice rooms and very friendly service. However, we also had some hiccups during our visit. We had booked the room for four people, but the room was only equipped with towels for three people. Not that much of an issue - we just asked every day for an additional towel. We booked an Alcatraz Bundle via the concierge, which all went well. However, the charge included a $15 consumption voucher per person at the hotel bar, which was a bit difficult to redeem. You had to try to get the exact amount, as it was not possible to receive a credit for any change left. It was also not possible to pay on top of the voucher. We were told that the voucher could be used like cash but it wasn't quite like that after all. So perhaps this is n
