Hotel Boston

The hotel room was great with a wardrobe room with a microwave, coffee machine, an ironing board and iron, a toilet and bath room, and the main room with a King size bed. If you stay long, they will provide room service once every 2 days. The heater in the room by the window works very quickly but can be too noisy if you have turned it on while sleeping. The reception area provides free water, coffee, and biscuts all day, and the reception staff are always around. Breakfast is extremely good with many Western culinary choices. The metro station Washington Street is just 5–10 minutes’s walk away downhill. There are also a few shops and restaurants in the neighborhood around the station.

Absolutely amazing stay here. The staff and management are great. They do have breakfast which is very convenient. I stayed here in October for a wedding and got upgraded to a nice room for no extra charge. I'd definitely recommend booking your room through the website instead of one of those others sites. Never know if you could get blessed with an upgrade. All in all, best stay in the Boston area. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, reasonable distance from major things you want to attend. Would come back here again

My travel companion and I had very similar experiences and complaints as other visitors. First and foremost, the staff member, Keith, was incredibly rude and unprofessional—he should not be in a customer service position.||My travel mate arrived before me, having traveled from another country. I had called the day prior to confirm that she would be able to check in under my reservation and was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. However, Keith had other ideas. He actually yelled at her and insisted she wait in the foyer until I arrived. After some time, he reluctantly allowed her to go to the room.||Unfortunately, the room itself was appalling and depressing. I had a wonderful 3 night stay here! Irma at the front desk and helped me get the best room in my price range. Elaine also was so helpful and even offered to bring me a shower cap from home when I needed one (she found disposable ones lol). The breakfast is amazing for the prices at this hotel. Room was very clean and staff was extremely accommodating. I read the reviews before choosing and my gut feeling was right. This is not a luxury hotel and you will not get that for this price anywhere in the Northeast especially the Boston area. This is a clean and quiet place to rest your head and if you’re looking for luxury then stay in downtown Boston or the seaport. In my 3 day stay I saw no signs of bugs as previous reviews stated. Me and a friend were visiting from the south, and got a terrible hotel that was falsely advertised. We somehow found this hotel, and met Mr. Keith (manager) and he was the nicest, most accommodating man I have ever met. We told him our entire situation and he had us a room in MINIUTES. The coffee there is honestly some of the best I've ever had. Such an amazing experience, 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting!
