Horizon Inn and Suites Norcross

My only gripe is I couldn't give them 10 stars. Mrs.Patel ALWAYS had a smile on her face. You could even hear the smile in her voice on the telephone. The rooms are acceptable for the rate paid, there were no bugs and it was quiet. The staff were ALL kind and this location is very convenient. I can't wait to return as they are remodeling and the new rooms look great!

Dirty, Mold growing, refrigerator doesn't work, no microwave. 20 degrees outside and no working heat in the room. No hot water, barely luke warm. Refused to give me a refund si I could go some where else. Nothing but dirt bag management. See photos. Floors are filthy. The walls and floor are growing mold and rust. No wifi.

Couldn’t give it enough 0 stars and I’m bothered at the lack of privacy and respect the hotel’s manager/staff have for its patrons. We paid the extra money for late checkout, it was printed on the receipt given to us by the late night clerk. We had room service OPEN our LOCKED door after we denied them and then later a lady came telling us to open our door, opening the door herself and denying the fact we paid for late checkout. She was rude, condescending, and seemed to be scolding us for not opening our door saying she’d come back and open it herself if we weren’t out. We showed her our receipt and still she denied our late checkout. Truly unprofessional and I’m appalled by the lack of privacy and rudeness. We were disturbed about two or three times, all by room service opening our door

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room was dirty rat poop underneath the bed. People were up all times a night outside, screaming yelling, looking for drugs. People were knocking on our door, asking for drugs when I reported it to the managers and staff they dismissed me and told me

I really hoped I wouldn’t have to write this review, but my experience leaves me no choice. I originally booked a 3-night stay, but due to significant airport delays, I checked in late. The moment I entered the room, I realized it wasn’t somewhere I could stay comfortably. I didn’t even think to take photos, I immediately used my laptop and hotspot to book another hotel. When I spoke with the front desk, I was advised to contact reservations for a full refund. However, my request has since been denied, which is extremely disappointing given the circumstances and how quickly I left after seeing the room. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.
