Homewood Suites by Hilton San Jose Airport-Silicon Valley

This is by far one of my favorite Hotels I’ve stay at when traveling. The rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The breakfast is great and offers a variety of options. Parking is plentiful and stress free. Overall an amazing Hotel worth staying at!!

A family member had a very serious injury, and we booked several days at this Homewood. Then our plans changed again because of the injury. We booked a pay-in-advance rate, which made cancellation difficult. The staff at this property was just great, very cooperative and got it all taken care of as a courtesy. This is customer service at its best. Thank you, Homewood.

Great area! Loved the service, everyone was so nice! Room was super cozy, and beds felt amazing after walking around all day. It got a little loud at night, with some guys partying outside, but that didn’t ruin my slumber!! The room overall was very nice and comfortable, felt like home. I recommend this if you’re looking for a place to stay!

Positive: The breakfast was nice to have. The option to have a room with two kings and even a fireplace was nice. Negative: The room looks nothing like the picture. It?s outdated. Killed a bug. The fireplace isn?t functional, the tv remote in the living area didn?t work. The sofa and random computer chair are worn out. One of the beds was sunken in and really hurt to sleep on.

We had our work trailer parked by front door for 5 hrs 4am till 11 am and there was security gaurd and some one broke jn our trailer and stole a bunch of stuff..No heat or air and ice maker was broke 3 days out of 6 days of stay called front dest 1st night and 4 more time they never told maintenance only reason. Aaron and Apollo came to fix l 3 was i saw Aaron outside and they fixed us us and were very nice. 4th build 2 nd floor isn't wheelchair friendly . Hotel bad wi4g commission.
