My stay has been great overall. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the service has been consistently solid. What really stands out, though, is the breakfast experience. Being greeted every morning by Marisol and her genuine happiness makes a huge difference. She brings such positive energy that it honestly sets the tone for the entire day. She doesn’t just do her job, she elevates the whole atmosphere. Marisol truly makes this hotel a better place.

Being away from home for an extended period of time can be a harrowing experience. The staff here at homewood suites have made my stay comfortable and safe. I want to especially thank Marc for being so hospitable and supportive. If he ever had a bad day I could never tell. Marc treated each guest as if they were a member of his own family. Showing respect to everyone equally and genuinely. I cannot wait to return. Also Ms. Rose cooked the best breakfast I’ve had in many years. Thank you to all the staff for make my stay a real home. If I could give them more stars I would. Best hotel in El Paso. We had to stay there because our home flooded and they made our stay. So comfortable. Elise and Jazmin from the front desk were extremely hospitable and very, very helpful. The cleaning lady Carmen did an amazing job of cleaning our room. And it's also pet friendly.

During my stay earlier this year, Melanie from the housekeeping team absolutely stood out. She was friendly, professional, and always greeted me with a smile. Every interaction with her was pleasant, and her attention to detail made the experience feel even more comfortable. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work- everything she touched was spotless and perfectly arranged. The hotel staff is very lucky to have someone like Melanie on their team!
