Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta-Alpharetta

Nick and all the staff at the front counter are amazing no matter what time of day! I highly recommend this place for the level of service which is top notch. Rooms are massive and well kept. The breakfast was impressive. We booked here for a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheater and would stay here every single time moving forward. 5 stars for sure!!

Decent hotel. We’ve stayed twice for the weekend. Even though the 2 rooms were the same type, they were different. One was on the first floor and a little more run down than the third floor, but it had a ceiling fan and coil burners on the stove as opposed to a flat top, which was nice. ||All in all it’s a good hotel for the price, location and category. I would recommend staying there. Unfortunately we had an issue where housekeeping must have thought we checked out because they came in while we were away and threw away all our food. Things like leftovers, half a loaf of bread, etc. So we didn’t have anything to eat for dinner that night and were too tired to go out. Our lease ended and we had 8 days between our last lease ending and moving into our new place, so we booked this place for a week. Loved the breakfast! Loved the room! Loved the pool. My stay was going super well until housekeeping tried to enter my room for service although I had the sign on the door…and didn’t request service! everything went down hill after that. They called me and informed me my children (who were of age couldn’t be alone) (mind you I was downstairs in the parking lot) and thy mentioned I absolutely needed to have service…. Although I had been servicing the room daily they insisted housekeeping needed to come do it. I spoke with the manager whom I had to tell “calm down” because she was very aggressive and after our exchange of words she told me I couldn’t extend my ro

We really loved staying here, so much so that we decided to extend our stay. The property is beautiful and overall our experience was very positive. However, I did have an unfortunate experience with one of the front desk staff, Jose. I had briefly stepped outside to grab something from the car, and when I returned, my room key no longer worked. All of my belongings—including my ID and passport—were inside the room. I explained to Jose that I was pregnant and had only stepped out momentarily, and offered to show him a photo of my ID on my phone (thankfully I had it with me). Instead of helping me access the room or offering a solution, he refused and proceeded to lecture me about their ID policy, even criticizing the staff who had checked us in a week earlier. We stayed here while our son played a baseball tournament in the area. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Great rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff, and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again.
