Service people were nice when we arrived. Location is good when going to the track. The room is terrible. Beds are hard, sheets didn’t seem very clean. The floors are filthy, fridge looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, headboards were covered in dust, towels had someone else’s hair in them, there was soap in the shower on the top ledge left over from the last guest. Trash came at 11:30 at night and woke us up. You could hear everything in the hallway and the rooms above us. I know it was cheap but I wouldn’t stay here again and wish I would have read the reviews before booking.

Steph was amazing right from when I walked through the doors. She greeted me in a very kind manner and explained everything to me in a very simple way. I couldn’t ask for a more kind front desk lady. I will say though, I did notice some water damge and mold in the bathroom of my room but when I went down and told Steph about she was on top of it. She told me she would have people check it out first thing in the morning. So far a pretty solid experience here

Positive: The staff were really great. I encountered 3 different employees and all of them were friendly and helpful! The location was great. Negative: The hallway rugs were always dirty, and the rooms are very outdated. The first room i was in was clean but smelled like curry and the neighbors kids were screaming at 4am. (The staff moved me) the second room was clean, but very outdated.

*Update* After advising Expedia I would be escalating the issue with my cc company, they issued a refund within the hour. First room they gave us smelled of urine so bad it gave my wife a migraine. Steph at the front desk switched us without question so we were pleased that wasn't a fight. We switched rooms and the second was very clean, like a bottle of bleach exploded, it was strong but tolerable. The beds are firm and the walls are thin but at this price point that makes sense. When we woke up in the morning we got some breakfast and came back to the room to find a small light brown cockroach hanging out at the foot of our bed. **Update: The hotel Management is part of the problem. Contacting them will be useless. ******** I can start off by saying the prices are very fair especially considering the location. They provide you with toilet paper and you can exchange your linens and towels once per day. They didn't have coffee in the lobby when I first checked in. But they have now started doing that. When I first checked in I had to have my room changed twice because the first room had mold, and the second room had beds that looked like they were caved in. The other thing about the property is that while it is close to everything it frequently smells like weed. Now I did leave my ESA animal in the room one day and had mistakingly forgot to provide the letter. I corrected this by the next day to which they tol
