This location is NOISY! Between the train and fire station. The front desk doesn’t open until 11am. So if you’re locked out of your room, you have to wait. They don’t accept payments over the phone only the desk and THEY OPEN AT 11. A late fee is applied by 12. People work and can’t sit around all morning waiting for them to open. It’s inconvenient as hell. The services are already BARE MINIMUM the very least you can do is open the office at a decent freaking hour. And there is no one to complain to about it. You just have to go along with this property’s smelly rooms and shotty customer service. Check in- ROOM IS DISGUSTING. HAS ROACHES. The room itself was okay, but there were several issues during the stay. The heater did not work, which made the room uncomfortable during the December winter. Noise was constant. The fire station is nearby so firetrucks and ambulances and a nearby train blowing its whistle could be heard every hour… sometimes multiple times within the hour. The walls were very thin, and you could hear all the noise happening outside the room. Each night, the TV in the room turned on automatically at exactly 9:27 PM, which was unexpected and disruptive. There were roaches in the room. Blankets were not provided initially and had to be requested from staff. Staff themselves were alright to interact with. Only interacted with them 3 brief times (check-in, blanket request, and check-out) during a week long s

The manager at this particular location was exceptional and made us feel like family. We literally got off the bus from the West Coast and stayed a couple of months and we got settled in really quickly. I can't say too much about the other residents but the one or two that I spoke with where pleasant. I miss the old crew and if Johnny and Que were still there we probably would have never left. Everything is easily accesible from the location and their is a lot to see and do. I moved back to Gwinnett in 2022 when my Mom passed and it has been an adjustment to get back use to it but it's not that bad. Kudos to Ms.Tanya!

Positive: The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location that?s it. Negative: Everything. The room was not clean. One tool of tissue that was already opened mind you we stayed here for a week. Kept having to go and get tissue from front desk. The ladies at the front are not very pleasant & the hotels overall just wasn?t ideal.
