Overall, an amazing stay! My flight does not leave until 6:25pm, a late check out was requested a day prior, request was granted by Richard seamlessly. As I was checking out on the day of, Richard went above and beyond to extend my stay of his own volition for an extra 2 hours. Icing on the cake, kindness and helpfulness trickled down to the rest of the crew. They genuinely are working from the heart, and sensitive to each guest’s needs. KUDOS TO RICHARD, RAQUEL, AHMAD, PAUL and NICOLE. You guys rock! THANK YOU!

Pretty clean and standard hotel. The hallway smelled a little bit like weed, but fortunately my room was good. Breakfast is ok, not a lot of options but they did have some nice bagel egg/sausage sandwiches that you can't complain about. Room's HVAC was perfect; I feel like this is an issue in a lot of places recently.

Positive: Big corner room. Comfortable beds Negative: Dishwasher was broken, was lastTime (June) the same room as well. Also, there is now a parking charge for your car. Breakfast was very minimal and of lesser quality than I was used to at this same hotel.

The parking is $15 a night. The pillows they give you are very old and they only give three. We went down and requested another and they only had one. Who provides 3 pillows on a queen bed? They have water bottles in the room that are free if you’re a member but $4 if not. Such a sketchy way to try to charge customers more. Our lights in the bedroom kept shutting off by themselves and the shower head is a struggle. This hotel was on our trip booking portal for work and I would not recommend.

I am extremely disappointed and genuinely disturbed by the inappropriate, unprofessional, and discriminatory conduct displayed by Raquel, the Housekeeping Manager, during a recent stay at Home2Suites in West Sacramento, CA.|Ms. Ahmad openly made demeaning and insensitive remarks about a guest who is a disabled and dependent adult, stating that he was “leaving jam on the floor and over his clothes, trailing in the hallways,” and that “the staff also have to go into his room to clean daily.” These statements were used to justify refusing to allow him to continue his stay. A decision that shows a complete lack of understanding, compassion, and basic human decency.|The way Ms. Ahmad spoke about this individual was not only disrespectful, but also deeply inappropriate.
