Very nice hotel. Extremely clean property. The room was awesome. Little kitchen area and plenty of outlets to plug things in. Bed was OK. Shower was good. Ive never stayed in a hotel room with such high ceilings so the room felt massive. I would have preferred to not be in a first floor room facing the street as North Genesee is very busy but once I went to sleep it was fine. I'll definitely stay here again as the location is ideal

From check in to check out was great! |Front desk staff was amazing, we stayed in room 411, it was so spacious and clean. The lady that checked us out gave us waters for the road which was very kind. Checking in we were the guest of the day which made us feel very special! Overall great experience.

This was the worst experience I ever encounter in all my traveling years. Dave is a totally handy cap vet. He can not walk and distance at all . We paid for a handy cap room close to the elevator. With two Queen beds. The plan was.to Get Out of the truck clos to the elevator. And into the room . We got hear and was told room was not available. WTF . They gave us a room on the 2nd floor .the furthest you can get from the elevator ouch. Got in the room .jest one bed. WTF paid for two beds called down to the desk .the front desk said the couch pulls out to a bed .we paid in full for two queen beds . Low and behold no sheets pillows no blankets ! CALLED Desk again . Ask to send house keeping up with sheets and stuff and make up the beds. The desk broth up sheet and stuff and handed it to

We should have known there would be trouble the moment we got to the front desk to check in and saw the note taped to the counter that said: “All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on hotel property. If children are found running or playing in the hallways, you will be asked to leave the property.” These paper signs were everywhere. In the elevators, on all floors, on the ice machine. Clearly they have problems at this motel. ||We found out the motel is a regular stop for youth hockey teams. How thrilling… If only we were warned before we stayed there. ||We arrived on a Saturday afternoon for a five-night stay. We had no general issues with the cleanliness of the lobby area or our room.
