Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Utica

My BIL stayed here last month and wasn't feeling well. The staff checked on him several times a day and even brought him breakfast each day. They were very attentive to his needs. They were even concerned for his welfare after he checked out. His family is extremely grateful for their care and service.

This is a great property, with an especially attentive, helpful and professional staff! The facilities are well maintained and attractive. Public areas are welcoming; pool and workout room always clean and in good condition. The guest rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable - good beds and pillows, good works space, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The bathrooms are a nice size and always impeccably clean. I have stayed a number of times over several years, and I am always impressed with the quality of the experience.

Very loud hotel! ||Very loud TV sounds from next door came right thru thin walls.; Many freight trains, each of which needed to announce its presence; and apparently an overnight crotch-rocket motorcycle race was scheduled. ||Otherwise clean, however sleep is the main function of a hotel and the lack of sound control made this a never again spot.

We would definitely come back here and stay again! The rooms were super clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the customer service exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the artwork (Snoopy) and welcome message on the board as we walked in. It was altogether a great experience and this was also our first stay at a Marriott hotel and it won't be our last.

Fantastic experience! I was traveling solo with my toddler and we got in late and were exhausted. They upgraded us for free to a suite which was a wonderful surprise. At breakfast the manager was walking around interacting with guests and asking what she could do to make their stay better. Excellent service. Will definitely be staying here if we come through again!
