The concierge was very informative and assisted me. The pool was clean and warm in negative weather. The amenities were outstanding. Good hot chocolate and breakfast. There was plenty. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. Good water pressure and it was hot. I took a shower and it felt really good. I liked that there was a dishwasher and dishes. It’s off the beaten path and easily accessible. The outdoor smoking lounge was pleasant.

I wrote a review a few days about this location, had to revise this review. 1. rooms great, 2. location is perfect next to highway 3. the day shift is amazing, 4. the night shift team STINKS< tried to check out approx 2am to get to an airport because the flights were changed at last min, needed to check out early to get to airport. the front desk would not check me out. Stating that it was stil showing as Wed, even though it was 2 am Thursday, this the first time this has ever happen to me, she was rude. I travel all over the country and I usally leave very early in the morning to get to my next location. never had a issue of checking out early. I am suppose to come back to Rochester in a few weeks for another project, and I will have look for another hotel. just for the on

We stayed here for four nights with our dog and had a wonderful experience. Even checking in during the middle of the night was smooth-the staff was friendly and helpful right away. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and my dog was never disturbed. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, bringing extra towels when needed. Great location, good coffee in the mornings, and overall an excellent stay. I’ll definitely be back when visiting family!
