It was my first solo trip. The room was amazing! Everything was so clean, it was right where i needed it to be by restaurants, Walmart, etc. . The staff was so nice, the young guy that checked me in when i arrived was so patient and helpful. I felt safe, breakfast was great, i had everything i needed, every time i come to visit Dallas i will make this my hotel!

We came over to Plano to go to the Bavarian Grill and an event in Dallas the next day. Choose this location because it was next door to the restaurant. We were very impressed with the room and all the furnishing in the room. It was very well designed, the only downside would be the lighting, but overall great job. The free breakfast on the other hand was awful. Food that was in hot holding (at least 135 degrees is what health department requires) was maybe 95 degrees at best, and I wasn’t willing to be sick the rest of the day. Breakfast went in the trash. On a plus note we both had left over German food in the room from last night, and the room is fully equipped with dinning table and utensils for us to enjoy a left over breakfast. Would recommend this hotel for staying at but not

I stay at Hilton properties frequently and have always had great experiences, but this stay was an exception. The AC went completely out of control, and the room was not cleaned properly. I reported the issues and was told someone would follow up, but no one ever did. I haven’t had a stay this bad in years — truly disappointing, especially from a brand I usually trust.

From North America, Caribbean to London...this is the worst Hilton hotel I've ever stayed in. They didn't accommodate me according to my preferences.The sheets were used and when I asked for new ones they made me make my own bed. Very noisy hallways in the 1st floor and dirty entrance and lobby
