I booked a non smoking room and it was very clean and did not smell. A very nice man checked me in and helped me to park. Like others have said, the hallway smells and the train that runs right next to the place is noisy. The parking lot is small, towing a big trailer here of any kind is not a good idea. Anyway, I had a decent stay, and would use again in a pinch.

This place is a dump. It should be minus 2 stars . No heat, train going by , filthy. I would recommend to a dead person. Rented 3 rooms. Never again.

I and my family after a long drive from New York were stopping in Richmond, we were welcomed with a friendly pleasant Smile and an assertive employee. We got a clean comfortable room upstairs with a nice view. Bathrooms were nice and clean. We were helped with the extra pillows, in the morning we had again encountered the hotel employees with nice smile and enquiring about our comfort at the hotel. They took care of us very well. Our overall experience was very pleasant

Good motel. Very convenient location with 7Eleven & gas station right next and a restaurant and take out stores across the street. The building was slightly old but the room was clean (* more details below) and had everything one would need which includes microwave, refrigerator, TV, and 3 chest drawers for storage for a longer stay. What I didn't expect in a low-priced motel was a hair dryer and Kleenex tissues in the bathroom that were very convenient if you didn't have one on your own. The bed was clean and had a cotton bed sheet that felt warmer than a polyester sheet in a hotel which I hate. The AC/heat was not centrally-controlled, meaning that I could choose AC or heat and set the temp. It was extremely helpful because the weather changed and the temperature dropped by 30+ F on the

Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, and hallway carpet was very stained and old. Room did not smell. Toilet ran all night, the flapper valve was very old and needed replaced. No bugs that i saw. Carpet needed sweeping. Ironing board but no iron. Bathroom was dated but clean. Towels were clean. Pillows were stiff.
