Expensive hotel, poor experience. When I first checked in the air conditioning unit in the room was not functioning. Hotel maintenance came to fix the unit, but continued to struggle to maintain temperature in the room throughout my stay. In addition to the AC issue, the soundproofing is inadequate. I had a family in the room above mine, and you could hear every single footstep and even parts of some conversations. Quiet hours, are generally not enforced either. Breakfast service was not good. Hotel staff cannot keep up with demand on weekends. There’s also a lack of seating in the breakfast area for how many rooms there are in the hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was new and pretty big, the bathroom with the shower was very nice(beside the door that was very hard to close). Overall very nice and clean room. Also, very quiet during the night. The breakfast was surprisingly good( I was not expected that) with a decent variety of choices. Staff super friendly and helpful. We will come back for sure.

Overall a nice, newer hotel - maybe a year old, I think? Room was clean with plenty of space. The studio suite I booked had a nice kitchen setup. The walk-in shower is a plus, however the water pressure was pretty low. I don't care for a firm bed, but the bed was too soft for my liking. Nice amenities, although I didn't have an opportunity to use any of them. Tons of restaurants close by. There's a movie theater in the same parking lot. Staff was helpful. Plenty of parking. I would stay here again.

I have only 1 real complaint, the ac thermostat is motion activated. There's an occupancy sensor in the room and apparently it was set for 3 minutes. So every 3 minutes the ac would turn off and you would have to walk to the door for it to turn back on. Haven't slept this bad outside of Myrtle Beach. If the ac was properly working this review would be all positive.

My husband and I stay here almost every weekend when we are in town!! They rooms are spotless, the staff is always friendly, and the hotel itself is literally located next to everything you could possibly need and it can all be delivered to you. I would recommend this hotel to anyone if you want to sleep comfortably and feel at home away from home.
