Decatur Inn

Location was great but when you can't get to the door fast enough, housekeeping thinks they can just walk in. One housekeeper forgot to bring us back clean bedsheets and blankets and tried to use the excuse, "I don't remember taking bedsheets from your room." Also, they have roaches and bedbugs. Tub doesn't drain like normal and the toilet seat wasn't stable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone honestly.

Pros:||During the day the staff is friendly.||It has places to eat and shop around it and considering Decatur is small this is a fairly nice area to be in.||Its inexpensive.||||Cons:||I am not sure if the night staff is lazy or the communication is poor for them. The lady was nice enough at night but I needed to stay for 4 nights and she would do that night and stated I should speak to the people in the morning for the rest of the days. This seemed odd as there are a great number of rooms and the parking lot was barely full. The morning people had no problems setting me up for the other 3 days.||The room wasn't dirty but was in need of repair. The little device to switch the faucet from bath to shower was broken off and I needed a wrench to pull it up. The door to the bathroom looks like i

Good experience. Clean and nice. Beautiful palace.

Not a bad place to stay. The bed was pretty comfortable and the curtains kept the light out. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but warmed nicely.

For the price it’s decent but I will never stay again I stayed from oct-December and several problems with the downstairs housekeeper stealing out of my room. She will enter your room after been ask to stay out of it. I guess management keeps her around because it’s cheaper but I moved because of the housekeeper but everything else was ok decent for the price
