Worst nightmare ever! I left a different room that I paid for a year ago because they had no water pressure paid $100 in my Uber to come all the way to San Jose just so I could take a nice hot bath it cost me $300 plus the Uber I get here and they have no hot water also the toilet doesn't work when you push the button it semi flushes and there's pieces of poop from the last people that were in the room there's hair all over the bathroom all over the beds all over the towels I got stuck in the shower I had to call them from my mobile phone to say can you come fix it the maintenance man acted like I was the problem. He had an attitude and said the water works fine and I said yeah that's just because it does that every 5 minutes it gets warm for 30 seconds the minute he left and I hopped in i

This is a very welcoming hotel. Customer service is one of the best. Checked in with Gio, one of their front desk agents, he was very friendly and gave great customer service. Gio was clear and explained all commodities that this hotel had to offer; A+. After a long day of business I was looking forward for a good rest, which was not a problem. The bar/restaurant inside the hotel was an A+; very convenient. It has been a great experience staying here. I really recommend this hotel.

Pretty nice hotel. I didn’t make the res so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. There was a group of us and every room was a nice size with comfortable beds. Most of the rooms did have issues with lack of hot water during our several night stay. The hibachi restaurant across the street was really good and we had fun at the sports bar next door, it’s nicer inside than it looks from the street. I like that it was right off of the freeway and made getting around easy.

Do not do it!! they have no hot water in the building and then they blame you and act like it's your fault! Rude maintenance guy, I couldn't take a bath, I couldn't take a shower. I ended up having to wait 10 minutes and every 10 minutes finish shaving my legs this is total scam! if you're lucky lukewarm water for 30 to 40 seconds. I was in the shower for 45 minutes and every 5 minutes I could get a tiny bit of water but I just started crying and gave up and called the front desk but they couldn't fix it . The maintenance guy came out with an attitude said it was fixed left and it was cold right away again. Also poop in toilet and disgusting other people hairs everywhere.
