I’m going to give this hotel 5 stars! Straight to the point..this hotel provided me with what I was looking for..close to the show I was attending and clean. I will give any hotel 5 stars if it’s clean clean clean and if their employees aren’t rude. Holiday Inn SF checked all those boxes. I didn’t choose the hotel..but I was satisfied with the pick. My friends and I were attending a show at the Bill Graham and one of my friends booked this hotel for us. I’m so happy because it was very clean. Cleanliness is important to me and is probably important to anyone staying at a hotel. If you’re in SF I highly recommend staying here!!! They also make an amazing espresso martini at the hotel bar!!!

We chose the Holiday Inn San Francisco-Golden Gateway primarily for its location, and it did not disappoint! The hotel is situated very conveniently right near the starting point of the cable car, which made getting around San Francisco incredibly easy and fun.The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were generally helpful. The only notable drawback was the breakfast. While adequate, the menu was the same every single day throughout our stay. If you plan on having breakfast at the hotel for multiple mornings, be prepared for limited variety.Overall: Highly recommended for travelers who prioritize location and transportation access. If varied breakfast options are essential, you might want to consider dining out nearby.

Incredible views! Oldish building but nicely laid out. Rooms are somewhat small but perfectly adequate: big bed, huge window, climate control, hot shower, k-cup machine, clean bathroom, in room safe. There is a fine desk to do work on. Room could use a second chair. The room cleaning service people are really great, super nice, hard working. It would help to speak Spanish as well as Chinese so you can get specific things like towels or coffee pods. Breakfast downstairs is buffet, excellent looking and smelling but $38 per person. Sometimes I just want their oatmeal porridge with fresh fruit - but that price is not worth it! Downstairs shop with anything you need, but bring lots of money! Prices are through the roof. Most excellent feature of this hotel: the 24 hour gym and the gorgeous poo

Spent three nights here. Receptionist was friendly and greeted me as Diamond offering breakfast for my welcome amenity. ||Our first room was on the 25th floor and backed onto a ‘plant room’. The noise through the wall was so loud that we couldn’t get to sleep. After an hour, we asked to change rooms. Receptionist asked for our room number said ‘ah, yes’ and offered us a choice of two other rooms. ||Breakfast food area was quite small, a good selection of fresh fruit, cold meats, cheeses and cooked items. Waffle machines also. Fruit and cold selection were all under glass covers which guests had to reach under to serve themselves. ||There is also an all day takeaway lobby service for pastries, sandwiches, hot and cold drinks. ||Location isn’t near the Golden Gateway Bridge although you can

The Holiday Inn in San Francisco, located in the heart of San Francisco in the Polk Gulch District, serves business travelers and tourists well. Located in a safe section, the hotel is short walk from many areas including the Fillmore Street district, which I walked to and viewed the magnificently restored Victorian houses along the hilly street. The lobby is spacious and a suited security officer is always present. The first floor has a restaurant and café with takeout meals and coffee drinks. The hotel gym is spacious with ample exercise bikes and free weights and offers views of the city (see picture below). My room was modern and clean, and the housekeeping staff attentive and friendly. From what I observed in my three nights at the hotel, many airlines from Asia book their pilots
