Holiday Inn Ontario Airport

Holiday Inn Ontario Airport is a very nice and clean establishment. The rooms are modern and aesthetically pleasing, and the overall atmosphere feels fresh and well-maintained. The lobby is welcoming, with updated furniture, a small convenience store, computers available for guest use, and even a laundry room, which is a great added convenience. There’s also a pleasant, clean scent throughout the hotel that really adds to the experience. Although our stay was short due to a delayed flight, it was comfortable and relaxing. Everything was exactly what we needed, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Had a pleasant stay here and would definitely stay again. The staff was nice and you could tell they were very proficient at checking in and check outs. Only complaint is that we were given an handicap room, and we are not handicapped. My parents checked in 4 hours behind us, and they were given a regular room. The next morning around 8 am, we didn’t have an iron and iron board so we called the front desk and housekeeping. Both lines would ring for at least 3 mins without anyone answering. I called the hotel using my cell phone and no one picked up the call. I had to leave the room and go to the front desk where the attendant was standing there ignoring all phone calls.

Very convenient to the Convention Center. Desk service was efficient and friendly. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, appropriately furnished. Tiny fridge was just what I needed and very quiet. The wall art seemed like an afterthought, but it didn't disturb my relaxation or sleep. The Landings Bar is perfunctory. Personable bartender but the bar seems always to be under-stocked. (Last night, "No dry vermouth on hand, so would red work in the dirty martini?" Glad they asked before mixing it!) I'll book here again next year.

Positive: Location and this hotel was clean and quiet. Negative: It's not a deal breaker, but there were a couple of loose tiles in the bathroom. They need to fix that.

I asked for a quiet room multiple times (a month ahead, again before arrival, and at check-in) and was still put in a room facing the freeway. It was extremely loud, and the AC was also broken and very noisy. Melissa C. at the front desk said she’d move us to a quieter room but never did. When I asked for a late checkout because of how bad the night was, she told me it would be $25 and completely brushed off my concerns. Overall, really disappointing and not worth it. Wouldn’t stay here again. If there was a zero rating I would give them 0/5.
