Holiday Inn Niagara Falls State Park Entry by IHG

Booked this as it was required for a youth hockey tournament, cost for room was almost $300 a night! The good: Location is awesome and having the restaurant attached that accepts large parties is a big plus! Room was reasonably cleaned as would be expected. View is very nice! The ok: We booked a “suite” as we needed and wanted a little extra room. The suite was simply another room that was gutted and they through a bed/couch and tv in the room. The light was by the second door which the keycard wouldn’t even open so you have to walk through the room to even turn on the single light in the room. The bad: Toilet paper is stored on the back of the toilet as they don’t have working holders, simple fix but the cleaning crew would’ve noticed this and should’ve been fixed. The bathroom door

Awesome place … walking distance to the falls. Front desk staff was very friendly. We were able to check in early and got our room on the Falls View side on the 7th floor. We met the cleaning staff outside our room and they were super nice. Our room was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The view was amazing!! The only weird thing about our room was, we had an oval toilet and they put a round toilet seat on it … ?? I mean … how hard is it to get and install the correct size toilet seat? Other than that I would highly recommend staying here.

Chose Hol. Inn SP because location. All was very good. 2 pm arrival Wednesday 10-29 easy quick checkin via Cathy. Very polite, helpful & friendly. Knowledgeable too. We bought affordable wines in stock she had at their mini market. The lobby was nice & newer modern, very good self serve coffee maker, massage chairs, nice size pool, very good restaurant we used and newly updated 7th floor room.Nice coin laundry we used too. Room all to our likely. Very good friendly housekeeping, good ice machine. Maintenance fixed a loose shower rod right away. Christina at checkout was super nice & ease at checkout Monday am. Mixed reviews we saw before booking but stay was all good for us. Will recommend stay here. Thank you to all staff, keep up good job.

Positive: The view of the falls area was quite nice and exceptional at night for the fireworks show. Negative: It took three times in thirty six hours to get a working fridge in the room.
