Holiday Inn Manassas - Battlefield by IHG

I stayed here for four months off and on for work I'm a few different rooms. All of the staff is fantastic. When there was any minor issue it was immediately resolved in an above satisfactory manner. The food is fantastic and extremely affordable. cheaper than mcdonalds and better quality. If you travel for work, give it a shot, I promise you it is worth the price.

Located just off the interstate and down a side road this IHG hotel has it all. Great customer service, clean and daily serviced rooms, and a cafe that can cook. They prices are extremely well priced and the food is amazing. The amenities are well done from a workout room to an indoor pool and a luxurious hot tub everything top-notch. The staff at the hotel are absolutely wonderful all shifts. I had interactions with each shift and they were more than accommodating with any and all of my requests.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Everything else was terrible. Hotel is rundown and poorly maintained. Extremely loud due to highway noise. The bed was very uncomfortable. We cut our trip short because we couldn't stand the notion of staying in this hotel one more night. Given all of our previous experiences with Holiday Inn properties, this was extremely disappointing.

I arrived and seen a young man dressed very professional cleaning. I thought mmmm. That's different. Where are the cleaning people. He then greeted me, with a warm welcome and bright smile. something you don't see these days. This same young man checked me in. It was the FASTEST check in experience I have ever had. I thought man that was fast, I just booked my room 15 mins before arriving. He gave me a welcome bag. And all the hotel info wifi, breakfast hours, full service bar and restaurant hours ,pool hours, fitness hours and guest work station computer.After unloading i went back down to run an errand .This young man was still cleaning and even set iced cold tea out for guest.(which was good). Stayed here for work. Rooms were mostly clean but a little dated. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, was not included but I think it tastes better when you pay for it. Would stay again if I am in area.
