Extended Stay America Suites- Providence - Warwick

I stayed here one night and had a bad experience. Everyone should heed the warnings from other reviewers and don't get tempted by the cheaper rates offered at this place. We checked in pretty late and didn't come back to the hotel until 2 AM. As I was brushing my teeth, I saw that the bathroom sink was severely clogged and would not drain. Then I went to use the kitchen sink and it leaked water all over the floor. So neither the bathroom nor kitchen sinks were in acceptable condition to be used. The bathroom sink still did not drain the next morning. I brought this up to the front desk staff the next day during checkout, and they gaslit me for not calling them when it happened, even though there was NOBODY at the front desk at 2 AM to whom you can talk. Facility is shabby,smelly and poorly maintained. Appliance are old and rusty. Water in faucet was brown. Floor was sticky and just absolutely gross. We were checked in for one night as we were visiting our daughter in college and all hotels were sold out except for this place. We left at 5am because the noise from the room next door and the musty moldy smell was just too much to handle any longer.

I booked a stay with you guys twice in the past month, both times for four rooms with two beds each. Both times, when we got there, there was three rooms with two beds and one room with one bed. This is extremely inconvenient as I am traveling with my wrestling team and we need all the beds I originally booked. Both times I was told there was nothing they could do at that point. This past trip, I told them on the phone I needed three cots for the rooms and they told me that wouldn't be a problem. When we got arrived, there was only two cots available. Again, this is very inconvenient as I am coaching college wrestlers who need a place to sleep. We travel to the area a lot for tournaments and I like the area where the hotel is, unfortunately I will have to book my team elsewhere going forwa

I dropped my Druncle P's friend Eric off here a few weeks ago and recently checked in on him to see how things are going. He's in heaven! He was living in a house down by the water in Bonnet Shores, but now he has a place all to himself in the city! He's safe - there's tons of police who check on/deal with any issues that may arise. Impeccable signals - there's a massive 5g apparatus tower directly across the street. Clean air - there is 'no smoking' signs in the hotel Entertainment - he's in heaven. He can watch sports all by himself all day, but when he needs a little bit of human touch, this place is crawling with 'characters'.

We are staying at the west natick hotel location. We have a one night stay from 9/25-9/26. We came back to our room in the evening and needed water. We went to the vending machine to get water and it was out of order. I called the front desk to see if there were any other vending machines in the hotel and Kim, who said she was the manager, said no and that I need to figure it out and go to the store. I said we didnt get a car for our one night stay and asked if she could do anything for us. She then very rudely said, the vending machine not working is not my problem I do not control the vending machines.
