Overall a pleasant stay for 3 nights and decent value. The 2-star rating is for almost plugged sink that was identified to front desk but not fixed, and toilet seat seriously crooked and felt like you were about to fall off during use. A positive note, the breakfast staff lady was very responsive to clear tables promptly; and food selection was typical but good. Room service was also good. I would likely stay again but would check out the overall functionality of the room promptly upon check in and expect resolution before stay.

Positive: It was quick to check in, the gentleman was very nice. The rooms were big included refrigerator and microwave. Lights above the mirror. Room was clean and they had Dove products in the bathroom. Negative: The outside needs remodeling but the inside looks great.

Our stay last week was great. Everyone who worked in the hotel was friendly and polite. All of the amenities were available or in working order, our room was CLEAN and did not have any lingering smells as some carpets can have. 10/10 We would stay here again if in the area. Well worth it for the price.

I was here for 3 days this week, I’m not happy at all. The carpets are very dirty! Old air con blowing durst. Our first day and second day the room wasn’t cleaned at all. We had to remind staff, even the meeting room was very dirty and smelling. May you kindly respect the health of your clients by changing those old carpets ? My partner is even coughing now! Generally the hotel needs good cleaning. ,

am currently staying at the Holiday Hotel and I want to say that it does not meet its standards because it only has one central entrance. When you leave the hotel, there are back exits that work. They do not work. It is very uncomfortable and I give this hotel a 1 out of 10. Go out and enjoy the fresh air through the side exits. To return to your room, I have to go around the entire hotel because the side entrances do not work.
