Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Paso East-Loop 375 by IHG

The staff is wonderful. Every person I met was engaging and seemed to love their part of making their guest day. Lou, night front desk, was exactly the kind of help we needs as we checked in late after a drive from LA. Thanks! The next morning the breakfast staff, housekeeping and the morning team made my day start off amazingly well.... Oh I forget, the room was wonderful.... One issue the shower curtain would not close :( It just got stuck....

Positive: How amazing the staff was, hotel employee was amazing at welcoming us to the hotel and heard our crazy story that happens with my siblings and parents. He is really good at his job and deserves a raise. Then the awesome staff, especially the ladies Negative: Nope just how amazing the staff was even the ladies that ran the breakfast. They were extremely friendly and took care of keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked up.

I had checked in overnight and called in to make sure my reservation would be good to go at 2am. The night auditor over the phone claimed I was good to check in so I showed up. When I got there she came to the double doors and rudely was like "if you need to make a reservation I can't help you" I had explained that I was the one from the phone call earlier and my reservation was made with points. She looked me up in the computer and it wasn't until she noticed that I am a Platinum member that her whole demeanor towards me changed positively. I don't think it's right that her attitude switched up because she noticed my membership, I think all customers regardless of membership should be treated the same. To make matters WORSE she had then proceeded to charge my card $48 even though my stay

First of all I like the environment with the staff. Lynette and her staff is awesome. Jennifer is a very good hostess at the front desk. Keep up the good work. Erika the breakfast lady does an amazing job. Everyone seems to enjoy her breakfast. Erika is very polite to everyone, always willing to help. Over all the whole staff shows team work on loop 375 holiday inn express. Thanks for everything from your staff. Mrs Deborah Jones

It's a nice hotel. The staff is great and the hotel is clean. I would recommend staying here. The only thing about the location that I did not like was the construction at Joe Battle Blvd and Montana Ave. Otherwise the location is near many restaurants in walking distance.
