Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cocoa Beach by IHG

It was nice, everything clean,older building but kept up. Pool was clean, small jacuzzi but accommodating for Wheelchairs bound. Friendly service, generous buffet. Serves egg white omelet, I was surprised it had great flavor. Also served cereal, oatmeal, rolls, fruit, juice coffee.other foods. The location was close to ship, and had free service to Carnival cruise.

Positive: The best thing about the hotel, it’s the location is very near to the beach and next to the plaza. They have a nice pool and nice breakfast. Negative: Stay was great overall. Only issues: TV required mobile hotspot (not on hotel Wi-Fi) and bathroom door lock didn’t work.

Annette and Malaki were amazing- friendly, helpful, and extremely polite. They made sure the shuttle was set up to get to our cruise line on time. Very impress able- super laid back, does their jobs very well- definitely people person- we will definitely stay at this location for our future trips. They were both kind. Annette’s management demeanor is very evident and she does it with such grace and ease. Thank you for a wonderful experience and as mentioned earlier, we will definitely be back in the future. We stopped here for a pre-cruise layover. The location was excellent, it was within walking distance to restaurant’s and grocery stores. Perfect for last minute things you may have forgot prior to your cruise. The young man at the counter the night 8 Oct 2025 was exceptionally great. I mean this guy took his job to the highest caliber or excellence. He even noticed that the day was my birthday. Great customer service.

Close to the cruise port with a very convenient location. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was good enough to start the day. Overall a good option if you need a hotel near the port.
