Holiday Inn Express & Suites Alpharetta - Windward Parkway by IHG

Very nice Holiday Inn. It has 6 floors and is currently going through the end of a renovation so all of the furniture and beds in the rooms are nice and new. I have stayed here a few times and sometimes the rooms have full sized refrigerators and freezers in them as well. Air-conditioning is solid and the water pressure is good. All of the staff are very nice and helpful. Good location with a lot of restaurants around. Price is good as well for a room here.

Everything about our stay was Excellent. Rooms and overall hotel was Very clean. I’m a medical traveler and have seen lots of hotels and this one by far has been the cleanest. Manager checked us and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok with our room and quickly addressed any issue. Issue’s were not serious enough to fuss about. Staff at this location are Excellent. Continental breakfast selection was great and tasty, dining area was very clean. Beds are comfortable and rooms are Very spacious. Dove products available in rooms. Great location and walkable with lots of food options. They have a Target with a CVS inside and a Walmart that’s close enough to walk to if you don’t have transportation. Overall Excellent experience.

Check in nightmare. Reserved rooms for bus trip. Roo.s confirmed several months in advance. Called 3 times before arrival to ensure smooth process. Arrived approximately 9:30PM. NOTHING READY. 41 passengers and each room had to be keyed in separately. Other travelers arrived with reservations and had to wait for all the bus rooms to be checked individually. No happy campers last night. Some folks just left and went elsewhere. One room - no towels, one room keeps wouldn't work. Keys should have been ready a long time before we arrived.

Fine Lady, Ms. Lorreta, Provides Fine Dining Experience with Full Breakfast at Holiday Inn Express, Windward Pkwy. That would be the title of my article if I were to write about her. This very committed staffer has been a pleasure to greet several mornings during my stay. I have watched her provide excellent customer service with kindness to me and other guests/guest families who come in for breakfast. She is courteous and patient with old and young. She does this while keeping food coming with quality standards. Happy Valentines Day Ms. Lorretta.

I’ve been a loyal Holiday Inn member since 2014, but after this experience, I will no longer be staying at Holiday Inn properties. I had booked a stay from December 11–13, 2025, for a two-day getaway with my husband and kids. Unfortunately, we decided to check out early on December 12 because of how we were treated. At check-in, the young lady who helped us was very kind and professional. She informed us that breakfast was available until 10:00 AM, which is why we went down at the time we did. When we entered the breakfast area, there was no staff present at first. About 10 minutes later, Loretta walked in and immediately started yelling at us to “get out,” saying breakfast had ended. I tried to explain and even apologized, but after she began yelling, I didn’t feel comfortable speaking
