The staff was very kind, but possibly they are understaffed ? Requested extra towels in the evening and they did not arrive . Asked at the desk the next morning and was told they had all the towels still drying and they could not offer me a full size towel. The room came with one hand towel, and one washcloth and full towel for each of the two people. There was a large empty supply bag (like a trash bag) in front of my door upon arrival . I moved it alongside the wall so no one would trip on it . I advised staff, and that bag along with a pile of dirty towels sat in the hallway all night and the next day and was still there at check out. The bathroom had hair and dust in the corners. One elevator was not working (it never opened or was used) but it was not labeled as not working . I reque

swimming in the Heated swimming pool is a plus for my trip. Happy to find a floating "noodle" along the pool side for guests. pool is very clean. Room is also clean and tidy. Compare to other holiday inns, the options for breakfast choices are relatively limited. kitchen staff did not add more food when i was there at 9am as all sausages / yogurts were gone. i hope someone should be around the dining area so i can raise the concern and they can quickly fill a bit of food. it is always better to have more staff available at breakfast time but i also fully understand morning time is busy for check out too.

Parking was decent, sidewalks could have been shoveled a bit more as loading in and out was tricky, by far not the worst. The woman at the front desk was sweet and got us checked in quickly. Breakfast was fine, no issues really. The room however was pretty gross, pretty much every aspect. Shower leaked, floors had not seen a vacuum, beds were made but not fully clean. Gross stains everywhere. Vents on the heat/ac unit were filthy. Hallway was gross as was the elevator. If they are that under staffed those prices should come way down I would never expect such a short staff to be able to maintain that place.

Oh my goodness. This poor hotel, I know that good people are hard to find, but maybe they should close vs. allowing a hotel to operate when it is clear that they have such low standards. Or maybe pay them more? It is sort of like a homeless shelter. The level of cleanliness in the room was shocking: blood on the towels, goop on the pillows, a vape pen under the bed, with weed gummies, and bottles under the bed, food all over the floor. We foolishly assumed that the room had just not been cleaned, accidentally, so they allowed us to change rooms, and sadly, there was very little improvement in the new room. The new room was just as filthy. I went to wash my hands after picking up all the food on the floor, and the cleaning staff must have put lotion in the bottle marked hand soap. I let the

I stayed here for a doctor's appointment as I travel a distance to get here. I can almost always count on Holiday Inn Express for a comfortable nights rest. They are very consistent and I like that when priced right. It was very close to the hospital and all my appointments were nearby. The drive was easy to follow on google maps. Everything was very neat and clean. When I arrived the staff was super friendly. I traveled around the US this past summer and tried to stick to Holiday Inn Express as much as possible because of the consistency. Sometimes they are way overpriced but this was not the case at this time and location. I would recommend this to travelers with families too. The breakfast in the morning isn't perfect but it is a quick way to get moving and energized.
