Holiday Inn Express Boston by IHG

I had a great experience at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also great, close to everything yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was just okay, but honestly, it’s better than nothing — especially considering that many other hotels in this price range (or even higher) don’t offer breakfast at all. It’s nice to have something convenient in the morning before heading out. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would book again when come back. Great value for the price and a pleasant experience from start to finish.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in South Boston. From the moment I checked in, the service stood out— Anavel was quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful, and even surprised me with an upgrade, which made my stay feel extra special. Everything was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated how efficient and kind she was. It made a big difference after a long day. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

Remeber, it’s a Budget hotel and not a 5 Star Ritz Carlton. And for the budget raging it under, and the super staff, I can not give it less than 10/10. ||The welcome I received from ‘Edwin’ was better than I’ve been treated at many Hilton’s, even as a Lifetime Diamond HH member. So super well done on that front To the hotel management and Edwin. I also had a nice Experiance with Jeffrey the following day. The staff are great. And that made my wife and I feel so appreciated for our custom. You see we do have a choice. ||The room was amazing for the price we had 2 large double beds an a couch and very Roomey. Best service ever! Miguel is definitely a lifesaver. I have to go the conventions center and he helped me to go there on time. While Uber has prices around 60-70$ for a 10 mins ride. This hotel has a FREE shuttle to the convention center and 10$ to the airport. Top notch facility, clean and reliable.
