Holiday Inn Express Alpharetta - Roswell by IHG

Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing as a recent guest to share feedback regarding my family’s stay at your Holiday Inn location on Mansell Road in Alpharetta, Georgia. While there were a few positive aspects of our visit, our overall experience was disappointing and concerning. To begin, check-in was pleasant and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which we genuinely appreciated after a long day of travel. The location was also convenient, the pool area was nice, and the food and coffee options were decent when needed. However, shortly after settling into our room, I noticed that the toilet continuously ran and appeared to have been turned off at the knob by a previous guest just to stop the noise. Wonderfully pleasant gentleman checked me in and equally as nice woman the next morning. I came to breakfast right as the time for breakfast was ending, but she made sure I had everything I wanted. The hotel was clean and quiet. It was a perfect location for the night since I was attending a concert a few miles away. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The staff was wonderful! Especially, the front desk receptionist. Negative: I had left a tip for the housekeeper who had cleaned my room the day before. However, when I got to the front desk I learned that a different housekeeper was cleaning the room. Staff informed me that she would take care of the issue!

This is my go-to hotel in the area!! Rooms are clean, really nice, spacious and up to date. Beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are great too! There is a mini refrigerator, microwave and Keurig in all rooms. Breakfast is actually really delicious, biscuits and cinnamon rolls are a must have when you go. Price is reasonable and Mr. Ed at the front desk is so nice and also very helpful! Everytime i stay here it is always relaxing and very pleasant. Location is also great, everything is nearby.

It was great and relaxing experience after a long drive. The hotel is located near everything you need in Alpharetta with plenty of restaurants with a few miles away. The room is set up very nicely, spacious, open and good layout, everything worked perfectly. Breakfast was fair, however the eggs tasted stranged as they had been mixed with something else, couldn't eat it. The property was clean and well maintained and the amenities met our needs.
