Hilton Scranton & Conference Center

The room was incredibly spacious and clean. Housekeeping was gracious and cleaned our room after 1230pm, thank you! The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the hotcwater was aplenty from the sinkband shower. The in-room coffee maker worked well too. Oh, and im glad for the Iron and board, as I needed one shirt to be ironed. We had a great stay at the Hilton Scranton!

First, I would like to thank Angela and Katie, who manage the morning breakfast service. They consistently go above and beyond for guests. Their kindness, professionalism, and positive energy create a welcoming start to the day for everyone in the breakfast area. Our stay was very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities provided by the hotel exceeded our expectations. We had the chance to relax in a peaceful and quiet environment. Thank you for this wonderful experience; we look forward to coming back again!

Rolled in late, not realizing we were in the heart of the city with a large truck and 2 kayakes. I told the front desk staff Luq,(Luke) that I was worried about the security of our kayakes. He was so kind and helpful, he parked us right out front with a pass. I was able to get a good night's sleep. Thank you !!

Stayed here again for just one night. Of course no Hilton Honors upgrades available! We were also charged for a breakfast on the child when we are to get the deduction for being Honors members. But let's discuss how we had wait over 90 minutes to get bedding for the sofa bed!! I had to walk down to the front desk twice. Also, had to use my cell phone to make a call to the front desk from the room as I was not going to walk back down to desk. The phone in the room did not work. The extra bedding finally arrived we didn't want them to set the bed up for us however, the kid that brought the bedding came right in and then was upset that we didn't put our hands out to give him a tip when we said it was good he could go and we would put sheets on.
