Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown

The hotel is ok. Convenient location for a fair price with nice amenities if you have to be in Rochester. Otherwise don't visit this city. Go to a nearby town instead where people are nicer. ||No street parking and public parking garages will rip you off. They post $18 for overnight but will charge $30+ because of the new SP+ company that manages them now. Just use the hotel valet parking and save yourself some trouble.

Outstanding customer service and guest experience. This is our 4th visit staying here. The Rooms are clean, linens fresh, well appointed for work and downtime, WIFI always works, good variety of options for breakfast with friendly people, bell hops/shuttle drivers/valet are courteous remembering guests, the front room is beautiful for gathering by the fire with refreshments from the bar or the store. Neighborhood restaurants deliver hot food. The best piece is the Skyway Bridge to the mall, restaurants, massage and Mayo Clinic! Thank you Gueat Services team for taking care of us when we need it the most with Mayo visits.

I needed to stay here for a visit to the Mayo clinic. This place was easily the best choice about my whole trip. Location was 3 blocks from my visit building. They have a complimentary courtesy car to take you to and from the facilities. The best part is the staff. Every person i interacted with was kind and helpful. Whether it was needing some silverware or information about the Mayo system, the staff helped with kindness. They made a difficult visit that much easier. 10/10 would recommend. Also, use their valet parking. Absolutely worth it.

You get what you pay for. Kind of. Rooms were mostly clean, but there was some black dirt or something caked in my shower. Unclear what that was. Also, how is it possible to pay that much and then have to pay so much more for breakfast? Is this Hawaii or Key West?
