Hilton Garden Inn Florence Cincinnati Airport South

Unfortunately I will avoid staying here again. While near the airport and not far from the highway there were a few unsettling issues. 1. Parking is $8 and the price is not advertised anywhere. 2. The continental breakfast, that I would rate a 2/5 compared to others was $16. It's a terrible Continental breakfast for crying out loud. There are plenty of other choices nearby, use that. 3. My room door was an "accessible room" and was difficult to open and would slam shut. 4. My TV remote was broken, I was given a replacement but it also didn't work. Luckily you can control the TV from your phone if you have your stay linked to the Hilton app. Possibly one of my worst Hilton experiences of all time.

The entire experience at this hotel was terrible!! If I could give it zero starts I would! My reservation was for 1 night but they changed it to 2 and charged me for 2 nights even after I spoke with them confirming I had already checked out. The staff at this location is rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I've stayed at hundreds of Hilton hotels over the years and have never experienced such a poor customer experience as I did at this hotel! GM was a complete jerk so it's not shocking the staff is completely rude as well!

The only reason I put one star was because I needed to. I will never ever stay here again. It was not cheap. I don't mind paying for a great experience so I booked it. We bought $100 worth of groceries and the fridge stopped working spoiled all our groceries!!! The TV did not work the whole time we were here. The bathroom shower / bathtub did not work asked for them to come and repair it. they sent the maintenance person and nothing was fixed. They left us two coffee cups for three people staying in the room and two coffees and two decaf, I called in again to let them know maybe the batteries needed replacing and instead of sending someone upstairs since we've been out and are tired and have had so many issues. They asked me to come downstairs to get batteries no big deal I came down to fi

I have to say, this is one of THE NICEST Hilton stays I’ve had, and I’ve had many. I was tired from driving and pulled over for the night, and the gentleman at the desk, Manoj, couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. I mean, I was dragging tired, and he really went above and beyond to get me checked in and into my room. The room had some of the best details I’ve seen yet. Bow-ties of the toilet paper, roses on tissue boxes, hand towels twisted into flowers. I just stayed in the Waldorf last November, and I don’t recall being this impressed with those little details. The room was clean, quiet, and when I’m coming this was again, I know I’ll be planning on my stay to be here.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Florence overnight for business. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax and get work done. The desk setup and Wi-Fi were perfect for catching up on emails and projects. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay I’d definitely choose this location again when I’m in the area.
