Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Northpoint

1st time staying at this location as we passed through town. Comfortable beds. Our room was large. We were on the 4th floor and had nice view that over looked the pool and parking lot. The room was clean and fresh linens. Breakfast in the lobby included fresh made eggs to your liking, as well as other options and coffee. Our room had a mini fridge, Large TV, Microwave, Ice Bucket for the ice machine, ironing board, coffee pot, well stocked with towels and wash clothes. There was a desk and plenty of counter space and closer type shelves. Each lamp had working light bulbs. They had ample luggage carts as well as working elevators. Please pick a different hotel and hope it’s different from this. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but unfortunately the room we stayed in (217) wasn’t the greatest. The view from this room is the roof. The door had a gap in between the frame and the door so it looks like the door is cracked opened all the time. That being said, all noises from the hallway are way more LOUD. When people are just talking in the hallway it sounds like they’re standing in your room. Not to mention when they have to vacuum it’s even louder. Another thing that made it hard to sleep was the door slamming. The rooms do not have slow closing doors so everytime a guest would enter or leave their room, the door would SLAM close. It scared me awake a couple nights in a row from how loud it was. I stayed i

I only give a 3 star because the pool was not open. And breakfast was really pitiful, not to mention you had to pay $10 per person. One if the kadies greeting for breakfast could use a lil more customer service and excitement in her facial expression. |The lady on the weekend was very polite. On a more positive note However Facilities and the room was spotless. And they refreshed the towels and made the bed. We were there 4 days.

We checked in on late on a friday night. using the app we booked room 102. The place seems to be understaffed as the in person check n took a while. No problems that night. The next day (valentines day) my husband, kids and I went out for the day. We came back in later that evening after a long day out and about and went to our room. The key card wouldnt work so my husband went up front and waited in the long check in line to get it fixed. (The same man who checked us in the night before was working alone) the line was almost out the door. Okay no problem we get it. When it was his turn to get the key fixed the man working said we were in room 202. That was absolutely not correct and all of our belongings were still in room 102.
