Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta North/Alpharetta

The staff was so nice and friendly. The hotel cafe was delicious food. For a few dollars more when you make a reservation, you get a delicious breakfast bar. We ate dinner there too. Very good. Clean hotel, only negative is the carpet needs to be replaced.

Positive: The coffee downstairs in the lobby, and the elevators are very fast. My room was large and I enjoyed having the trees outside my window. Negative: Let guests know that the guide channel is channel 40. You could put a couple pairs of dumbbells in the workout room, and maybe a regular stationary bike, where you don't have to go through Peleton to use. It is kind of hard to use.

This place was pretty awesome, for the price! Clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff at a great price. Restaurants and dining within a short walk. Pool & gym. Gas station immediately next door to fill up before getting back on the road. They offer 2 types of breakfasts for an additional fee, or via voucher/coupon offered in room packages. Would love to stay here again in the future & totally recommend this place!

Traveled with a group for a soccer tournament- stayed 2 nights. System down at check in- took a long time. Clerk very nice but called the room phone and woke us up at 11:30pm to ask if we got our keys. Another in our group didn’t get keys until the next day. Another had other guests knock on their door having been assigned same room. Never could get Wi-Fi to work. Another in our group had their door lock stop working and even management couldn’t get into their room (with all their belongings in it). Were told maintenance would be in Monday (it was Saturday). They had to call the corporate phone number to get help. One Day shift desk attendant was rude to multiple guests. Rooms don’t get serviced- people had to go to the desk for towels and coffee pod refills. A dresser drawer in our room

I’m leaving this review due to a miserable lie’n woman named Keyonna. It’s Valentine’s Day and I booked in advance, my room was canceled on the day of Valentine’s Day without any phone call. The only reason I booked them was because my favorite hotel the doubletree was sold out, let’s start there! Anyways… I contacted the hotel because I received an email stating my reservation was canceled. I spoke with Keyonna (miserable) who said my card was declined mind you I booked through booking.com I have a stored card on file and always select pay later. I’ve never had an issue with The Doubletree or any other hotel! She kept charging my card and it was being declined so she took it upon herself to cancel. It wasn’t even close to my check in time! I said ok, I was in route so my room is canceled
