Comfort Suites Alpharetta/Roswell - Atlanta Area

I’d like to formally express concern regarding my interaction with the front desk associate Sonya on duty. The communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests. I don’t appreciate being spoken to in that manner. I’m simply asking for assistance, and I expect a respectful response. If this can’t be handled appropriately, I would like to escalate this to management.

I have a choice account and have spent many nights at a choice chain of hotel. This the worst. Tub was filthy. I asked about housekeeping changing sheets when I booked room. I stayed there because I was having surgery and needed everything cleaned up. I checked with desk on arrival and the next morning when I left for surgery, room was not cleaned and person I spoke to said he was a new manager and was aware of house keeping not having a tool to clean tub. HUH? Really. Why are you open to guest? Every other hotel has worked this out. Then on check out morning the hotel's water was off. No offer for adjustments were made either time we spoke with management about issues. You expect to receive full payment for a room stay and are FULLY aware that you are not providing value to y

Usually I wouldn’t go through the trouble but I felt the need to go out of my way to write this review & warn ppl. Believe the bad reviews, they are all true. This hotel is falling apart, holes in the roof, leaks right next to the breakfast counter, ceiling tiles missing in the halls, stains on the floors and not to mention torn up furniture accompanied by stains all over the carpet in the room and a rusted microwave. Do yourself a favor and skip this hotel. I will say though that the girl at the customer service counter was nice and tried to be helpful but there was no way I was staying here in any room. This hotel is absolutely not up to par and they should not be letting ppl stay in these conditions.

The room was worn down and dirty. Bathroom ceiling had black mold growing on it. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. I almost fell off the first time I noticed. The heating did not adjust for the temperature. It was on, hot, or I had to turn it off and be cold. Plus there was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallways and outside the building every night.

Choice Member here. Spent $500 on 5 Rooms last night. My room had no bedding, sheets, pillow covers, no toilet paper, 1 towel, no shampoo, soap nor any items in bathroom. Room was 60 degrees when walking in. Floor was absolutely filthy having not been cleaned feom previous stay. Went to front desk 4 times to get situation rectified. Eventually gave up and slept the night on soiled pillows with a single white linen sheet as a blanket. Woke up in the morning to find out breakfast bar was not open. People there are other options in Alpharetta to stay at. Please do so and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
