I have a class A diesel pusher, needed a space for rv, this guy was wanting me to fill out an application as if i were leasing a house. wanted 3 months pay stubs, asking if i smoked, too much personal info for an RV SPACE... ive stayed at many across America and NEVER have i been asked ANY of these questions. LOOK, i rent a space i pay you the money, its that easy, its MY rv. NOT a good way to do buisness. so instead of paying 450 a month i am paying 1150, i will NOT be forced to give all that personal info.

These people aren't right, truck was hit by another vehicle and nothing was done. It was a hit and run and no help from the people that own the property. Continued abuse to my property and the owners aren't stepping up. Nothing is being done.

Some places are good but most of the rentals are trashy. They don't keep up on the appearance and I think they have the same problem with maintaining other stuff. I wasn't even looking to rent. I was just checking it out for my son and I told him no.

Went to check on a friend who lives there. Stayed a bit and just talked. Had a pleasant visit.

I applied for a duplex hoping to move in fairly soon seeing as I had the money to move in. I was attempting to move in with my boyfriend who at the time didn't have a job. They expected 3 times the rent, and expected my boyfriend to have a job even though I had more than enough to pay rent monthly. They took a month and I had to call to see what was happening just to be told if my boyfriend can't find a job I cant move in. The management is so rude and they're just money hungry a**holes.
