Heritage Inn And Suites

My guest and I didn't feel safe staying at our hotel. We had to leave the second night before our check-out the next day. There were different men guarding doors to different rooms and at 3-4 am women were running back and forth from cars into those rooms. The room didn't match the pictures very well either lots of areas were dirty and the mattress and box had multiple strains some looked like blood. The blanket also had multiple holes which was gross. There were broken drawers and our bathroom door didn't close properly. There was a hole in the sink and it looked like a cigarette burn on our curtain ( booked a non-smoking room). This hotel is right next to the freeway so beware of the noise. Overall for the price we paid it was NOT worth the stay.

Place Is a cool spot. Nice and quiet. Not full of smokers know what i mean. Nice safe place to lay your head down. I BEEN HERE A WEEK. AND NOT ONE SINGLE RODENT BUG SPIDERS. NOTHING. SO GO SEE KUMAR AT THE FRONT DESK HE'S GONNA TAKE CARE OF YOU... ONLY DOWNSIDE THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL :(.

Terrible ,there was blood on curtains and on towels . When we told them they said we were lying .Wanted us to pay extra for late check out when on website it said it was included . Told us to leave and don’t come back after we complained . Homeless man yelling at 4am

The room we had was so disgusting. Supposed to be non-smoking but it reeks of a foul smell. Our cats were scared and hid under the bed, when we pulled the mattress off to get them we were disgusted by the bloody looking stain and liquid on the mattress and floor. We decided to check out instead of staying for the second night we paid for. The guy at the desk refused to give any refund and told us that they will look into it. There is NO WAY they didn't know about the stain as the mattress had been flipped upside down to hide it. For all we know, that's blood which is a huge health hazard. They need to be shut down. Do not visit or waste your money here!

We were treated horribly by the manager of this hotel , very rude to us and threatened to call the police on us because he said we did not have a reservation when i did, he made all the accusations without even checking to see if we booked online which once he did gave us the room but was still very rude and mean and uninviting in every way possible, my room had no towels and when i asked for some he accused me of lying saying he put towels in my room then proceeded to give me "one" towel. Also the room he rented me the lock didnt even work so with a hard push anyone could get into my room . He
