Harbor Inn & Suites

I’ve been stuck on rating this place a 2.5 or 3. This hotel covered the basics, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The bed and pillows were comfortable, outlets worked, Wi-Fi was reliable, and free onsite parking was convenient. Those essentials made the stay manageable. It’s also 10 min from the convention center which was great for my stay. However, the water pressure was very poor, which made showering frustrating. The towels didn’t appear clean, and the room could use a thorough deep clean overall. Cleanliness and water pressure are pretty fundamental parts of a hotel experience, so that was disappointing. If management invested in better upkeep and addressed the water pressure issue, this could easily be a much better stay. For now, it’s okay — but not somewhere I’d rave a

Do NOT GO THERE!||1. They open their email &the messages they receive through & on this website, but don't have the decency, courtesy business ethic respect &decorum to reply.||2. Despite there being several vacant rooms ready for occupancy; they deny & otherwise try 2 charge for check in before 3pm. If my commute landed me there by the time I expected 2get there, 12pm; I surely wld have insisted I check in at that time. My room was ready, as were several others. Thus, no reason 2wait around; especially sleepy, tired - for a prepaid room.||3. The sink reeks of sewage smell, it comes out of sink drain, as other Reviews on Google have mentioned. ||4. The guy who checked me in upon my unfortunate late arrival around 2pm was pleasant. But he lied to me saying that the Reviews about the freezer

This was my first time here. I was skeptical from the reviews and figured im going to get what you pay for. Well, I was surprised, interaction with 1 staff member was very nice. My room was amazing. Huge, almost apartment sized. Clean and roomy. The next day the bed was made and new towels in rhe bathroom. I'm staying again

Great staff and well managed clean hotel. I will keep this location on my list of good and most importantly, affordable hotels. I recommend Harbor Inn & Suites for business travelers, families on vacation and traveling tradespeople; all of these traveler categories will benefit here in the expensive lodging market of Southern California. Affordable value is not easy to find here but in my experience Harbor Inn & Suites is an easy choice and reliably clean and efficient.

Everything was good. I was in my trip so i reached LA around 1am. I call some places but they say if you book room rn you can come after 3pm. So i called there and the guy who works there in the night time. He talks rude to me when i ask him for room he just say come to lobby. He charged me twice the price as it shows online. Also he only gives me two bed room and they show online that they have 1 bed room available. But he said that's the only room we have
