Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim/Garden Grove

We just returned from our trip and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and so helpful, we do appreciate the hotel going the extra mile of providing cookies (at night) and coffee (even hot water) in the morning! The lobby is a great play to chill and talk to your loved ones during business trip, so I really enjoy it. The bathroom tissue on the counter was artistically arrange like a flower, which breaks my heart to use them! T_T The first time our room was cleaned, I still see lots of hair left on the bathroom floors, however the next time it was cleaned, it was so much better. We understand with many guests checking in, room cleaning was such a stressed.

Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The lobby smelled amazing and everything was spotless, setting the tone for our stay. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in and making us feel welcome. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Every morning, the manager personally greeted us at breakfast and even took the time to interact with my granddaughter, giving her a balloon—such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us. Breakfast was great with a good variety, and the dining area was well-maintained. Overall, this hotel goes above and beyond. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful experience on the 6th floor. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. The front desk people were kind and attentive. We especially had great service during breakfast from Vindy. Breakfast had a great selection of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, bagels and much more! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Nice and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Stayed here while visiting Disney for 3 days. Hotel cookies are yumo and a great treat upon arrival. The ART transit is just outside the main entrance and very convenient when on time. This route had some issues while we were here, typically being late for every pickup but still convenient enough for us.
