Hotel Marguerite Anaheim/Garden Grove, Trademark Collection

A most genuine review for this hotel: A hotel with utmost bad management, bad service and rude staff. Firstly at the time of check in when we didn’t liked the room we were forced to stay out of the room at the reception till a new room was getting ready. We said we are with a kid but staff was not listening. We ended up with the bad room. Breakfast- dont choose the hotel because of breakfast. From our 4 day stay, 2 days there was no pancake mix, not even bread. When asked they said we do not have in inventory. This is what it is. We ended up buying from outside. Waste of money. Staff - never seen so unsupportive and rude staff. They will not help on anything. They just say this is what it is. Overall pay 100$ for a better hotel and avoid this. The hotel is in a great spot but that also comes with traffic noise constantly. Rooms were ok but dated thankfully the bed was decent and water pressure was great! Value was ok. They did room service and did not even refill what was used. Breakfast is a joke (hard biscuits with gravy that taste like flour, burnt coffee, and milk from a carton for everyone to use). Hot tub was lukewarm. People were nice and they have a nice area with snacks and coffee but of course at a price.

Positive: The bed is so comfortable and the room is a Good size. The breakfast they served was good to get you started for the day Negative: They need to focus more on cleaning the rooms with more detail. My desk and minu tables were dusty, and the entrance didn't seem like they cleaned the floors, and they need to spray the rooms with an air freshener.

Hotel is clean and in a good location. Facility looks nice externally, and dated inside.||Quiet noise level. Vending machines are available in the lobby, and hot breakfast is served every morning until 9 am, a little too early to stop food service.

Nice hotel. Rooms clean. No closet or drawers. The door handle was tricky but overall, not a bad stay. Would definitely stay again!
