Sheraton Garden Grove - Anaheim South Hotel

We stayed here during Christmas time and everything was perfect. Rooms were clean and serviced every day. The front desk staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff were top of the line! The breakfast was so good and fresh every morning. The staff at the restaurant are exceptional and definitely made our decision to go back! They make you feel at home and go above and beyond. Thank you!!

Our new place to stay over here. Rooms were huge, very clean, excellent staff and a most wonderful breakfast thanks to Sal, Marco and Keith. I felt like I was back on the cruise ships again. It was like having our own personal team of waiters and very kind & friendly. Food was great, rooms were perfect and the property was very clean. I liked it better than the Disneyland hotel and the California Grand hotel. I don't care to be caught up with all the crowds of rude people near the parks. I would rather drive ourselves to the park so we could come and go as we like. This place had a beautiful view from our room and in the restaurant. Thanks Sal & Marco for a wonderful breakfast each morning.

The staff was AMAZING! So friendly & helpful. Good sized rooms & bathroom with a decent pool. It’s on the far end of Disney & the convention center but not a bad walk. Would stay here again simply because of the staff!

The rooms were big and spacious, with clean sheets and a very clean, well-maintained bathroom. They also provide robes and slippers, which was a nice touch. Access to the club room is a big plus—you get breakfast, light snacks in the evening from 5–7 pm, and access throughout the day to coffee, water, sodas, chips, and light munchies. It’s especially convenient for stocking up before heading to Disney. We stayed mainly for Disney, and the location worked well. The hotel is about a mile away, and the Disney shuttle stops right outside the hotel every half hour. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is not free and costs $28 per night. I checked into the hotel on the evening of July 21, room is 232 and several incredible things happened: 1. I was not given a breakfast coupon when I checked in. My room has a double breakfast for two days. 2. The location of the room is very poor. All the windows are sealed, and the windows can't be opened for ventilation. Outside is the hotel's machine. 3. I went to eat at breakfast. The guide was very arrogant and said that it cost 24 dollars per person. Then I took the meal ticket and he took a table for me. There was no tableware on it. I went to the buffet to get the tableware myself. Unexpectedly, he still had the face to come to me and ask for a tip. 4. At 00:37 on July 23, I was already asleep.
